I am a Registered Canadian Art Therapist (RCAT), counselling therapist, certified life coach, certified SoulPages™ mentor, mixed media artist, mother of three grown children and dog lover.
I have lived internationally and bring a diverse cultural perspective.
I embrace the ideals of empowerment, empathy and compassion within my practice.
I have a background in nursing, education in social science, and 35+ years of
experience as a volunteer working with children, adolescents and adults.
This, coupled with my personal experience of cancer has given me a strong foundation in therapeutic healing.
My Practice
At Kaleidoscope Art Therapy, I am dedicated to fostering a welcoming space for healing and creativity. Each session is grounded in empathy, empowerment, and a trauma-informed approach, allowing individuals and groups to explore personal growth through art.
Approach and Expertise
I offer a trauma-informed, person-centered approach to art therapy, utilizing positive art therapy for both individuals and groups.
My areas of expertise include working with depression and anxiety, supporting people with a history of trauma, and helping individuals heal from grief and loss.
